Cap 5-15 mm broad, convex, shallowly umbilicate, sulcate, minutely granulose, at first pale reddish tan, in age pale rusty tan to cream-colored. Gillss adnate, distant, broad, white with yellowish edges. Stem 20-30 x 0.5-1 mm, cylindrical, dry, glabrous, tough, apex golden yellow, base dark brown. Spore Deposit white. Edibility: unknown.
