Cap 10-25 mm broad, convex expanding to plano-convex with a depressed center, nonstriate, dry, glabrous, hygrophanous, deep yellow or sometimes with a hint of orange, fading to light yellow in age. Gillss decurrent to deeply decurrent, distant, narrow, yellowish white to yellow. Stem 20-55 x 2-4 mm, cylindrical, equal, dry, glabrous, deep yellow overall. Spore Deposit white. Edibility: unknown.
