Cap 8-17 mm broad, convex expanding to broadly convex, disc rugulose, margin short-striate, dry, glabrous, hygrophanous, pale brownish orange to grayish orange fading to orangish white. Gills adnate with a decurrent tooth, distant, broad, orangish white becoming grayish orange to pale brownish gray. Stem 25-40 x 2-4 mm, cylindrical, equal, hollow, dry, silky to glabrous, buff to pale yellowish white. Spore Deposit white. Edibility: unknown.
