Fruiting Body 50-120 mm broad x 1-2 mm thick, ear-shaped to convex-fan-shaped, texture rubbery, upper surface smooth to wrinkled, tomentose to velvety, lower surface smooth to veined, glabrous to pruinose, grayish brown, brown to purplish brown overall with white to tan tomentum. Spore deposit white. Edibility: edible and choice.
